5My son thinks that this is the worst science fiction prop ever...  Jan 31, 2010
By W. Dolak
...but he's only nineteen, so he hasn't seen enough sf to make that conclusion (and yes, he is a Trekkie). Yet. I was disappointed when I opened it, until I looked up stills from the Galileo 7 episode on www.memory-alpha.org, and realized that it ain't bad. That said, well, TOS shuttles weren't pretty, just utilitarian, so what could they do with it? It's a decent model, not to sloppy with the paint; what more does one want? Get a piece of Trek history that you can easily hide when the unbelievers visit.
