Paint and Play Toby Oct 14, 2005

Learning curve has many great ideas for its buildings, and now you have a chance to make your own building and passenger car.
Here are the steps you'll need to follow:
Step one: Before you begin, put throw-away paper, such as old newspaper underneath your project. Remember, Sir Topham Hatt does not approve of a mess!
Step two: Begin painting! You may use the paints that come with the set, or some paints you already own.
Step three: Wait a while for the paint to dry. (Enough time to watch a Thomas video.)
Step four: When the paint is dry, put your stickers on, and your project will be finished.
Here's what you can do: You can pretend that Toby is taking passengers to the grand opening of the new building.
Overall, 5 stars. Of course, Paint and Play Toby is a must-have for creative Thomas fans.
