"Grease" is one of my favorite movies, and Frenchy is my favorite character. I grew up watching Diddi Conn (Frenchy) as Stacy Jones in "Shining Time Station" and "Thomas and the Magic Rail Road" when I was a kid growing up, so it's no surprise that Frenchy is my favorite character. I love the dance scene in the movie when we see her is this yellow ensemble. Barbie designers did a good job with this doll the detail on the dress and hair are stunning. I bet it was a challenge styling her hair like that. (Part of the reason why I collect Barbies--The detail and time it takes to creating a Barbie. It's not just the clothes, it's every detail. I've learned that when I started making clothes for Barbie) And her stand plays the theme song from the movie. I got her for Christmas in 2010 and I have her displayed with all my other Barbies. Great addition to your collection for any "Grease"/Barbie fan

This item arrived promptly and is exactly what I expected. My granddaughter loves the fact that you can play the song without removing the doll from the box.
