These critters are made extremely well! They are positional, as their arms and legs are moveable as is their head.
There aren't many toys nowadays that do that , most are just plastic molds of some little animal. Where as these have real fabric clothes and they are soft fur like to touch.
I think the entire line is very cute.... and my 8 yr old daughters were very pleased to receive them for Christmas.
They have never seen them before but liked them right away. I just wish I could have discovered these cute toys a few years sooner.

Santa brought these to our daughter last year. I played with Calico Critters as a kid, and though she's only two, I thought our daughter should have them, too. She enjoys them immensely. It's true that little girls love to tote around tiny, cute things! The craftsmanship is intricate and detailed, and the quality is above-the-bar. I'm so glad they're still around!

I gifted the Hopscotch Rabbit Family to my 8-year-old daughter this year for her birthday after she had been begging me for them for a whole year. She was so thrilled and ecstatic to receive them and couldn't wait to play with them.
It's only been a month since she has been playing with them, and she still loves them. She claims that they are the best gift ever (along with the house and accessories). She is already requesting the babies and more furniture.
From my observation, the bunnies appear to be well made, and they, along with the house and accessories, appear to captivate her attention such that she is able to play alone and still have fun. I look forward to adding to her collection so that she can create the Calico world that she envisions.

These critters are so adorable, fuzzy and easy to play make believe. My daughter enjoys them very much, the clothes look very well made.

My 3 year old received these bunnies for her birthday and absolutely loves them! She plays with them literally everyday and carries them around everywhere. We went ahead and bought more and the treehouse to surprise her at Christmas. My 5 and 8 yo play with her and together they play "family". Highly recommend them. Soooo cute!!'m
