This doll is much prettier than other snow white dolls: other snow whites' heads are too large for their bodies. As far as the lips being pink rather than red according to one such review, I say "thank you." My daughter does not need a doll to be heavily made-up with clownish red lips. As far as the tale describing her as such, I beleive that it means her to have a natural beauty: color in her features, not literally red. This doll is classy and classic.

I bought this Snow White doll for my grandaughter and was surprised that she sings. I like the additions of the little animals and her glittery dress. The doll is even prettier in person and she sings to her animal friends. So adorable. Shipping was awesome. Received the doll in less than three days. You get what you pay for. You pay a reasonable shipping fee for practically a fed-Ex shipping.

Santa brought this to my 3 y/o girl and she loves it. The plastic blue puffy sleeves light up when the birdie sings. I like that Snow White is showing my girl that it's good to be kind to animals. In general I'm not a Disney princess fan. Rather, I like it when girls show an interest in non-princess, non-girl power stuff. That said, I knew my daughter wanted a Snow White doll and Amazon offered this product at a good price (not found at Target and other box stores).

It is exactly one year later. We own this doll for the full year now
and I can update it accordingly..:
The doll is just awsome. I was bit hesitant at first to pay for it 70.00 Dollars but
considering how much joy it was for the whole year for the mear 7and a bit dollars a month? :)
anytime!!!
My children love this doll and it has been played oh.. I don't know bazyllion times.
It is so popular that it NEVER gets set aside. It is a central toy to many pretend plays,
hide and sick games and other tent and Snow White in the forest dwarfs cottage games.
My kids invented and builit so many structures and games around this doll that
I was amazed. It just inspired imaginative play so much. They even use it
and call their friends and cousins and play over the phone games with them
using the sound cues.
This doll is just charming. It is beautiful in every possible way, the face is gorgeous,
the dress is beautiful and just so adorable on her.
The top of the dress has little lights built in that you can activate.
The doll will make different sounds/songs and music each time you put
the birdie on her hand. It is like she is alive. Totally.
It is just amazing interactive doll. Kids are delighted.
I am just shopping to buy another just like it as I want to keep one extra as when
more kids are visiting they can hardly wait their turn with the doll
and I saw them so anxious to play with it and the more kids you have
the less play time they have one on one so I totally want to accomodate
the obvious need and get the second doll.
I would say that this is totally one of those gifts that keep on giving.
I can't remember my money to be better spent for toys considering
how much sanity it saves to parent when they are so happily occupied
and play peacefully because they are so ENGAGED!!
I can't count the dinners I could cook when they played, I can't count
the peaceful phone conversations that were impossible before..
It sort of became my best household help.
Brilliant toy, fantastic fantastic!!! and so durable. It still looks
like I just got it yesterday despite the many tinny curious hands
that handled the doll.
This is definitely attention grabber and I did not know my
kids had such an atteniton span before I got this doll.
Totally recommend it!

I cant beleive the other review, this doll is so so pretty, i have been eyeing her for a long time, then the price drop so i was wrapt, i got one for each of my daughters, 2 and 4, she is still in the box, but she is gorgeous!
