5Incredible Fun  Apr 06, 2010
This item was a gift and it was a big hit. I heard one little boy say "How come you always get such cool stuff?" It's a fun way to save and learn to count money. A big hit!

2fun, but unreliable  Feb 07, 2010
this toy is great fun with a surprise element that makes people laugh. unfortunately, it works sometimes, but not others. we can't seem to make it work every time, and need to fiddle with it to make it work.

3Magic Bank Surprise  Jan 07, 2010
This was a 2009 Xmas gift for my almost-5 year old grandson. He loved it and put lots of coins in it the first day. However, I haven't seen him handle this toy/bank since.

1Did not work for me!  Dec 28, 2009
I got this for my dad because he is a banker. He took it out of the box, tried a couple sets of batteries, and it wouldnt work at all. We left a coin between the two metal strips and after a while the coin became very hot, which tells me it was defective.

5Just like the one I had 45 years ago ...  May 20, 2009
I still had my old one - but it was broken and I couldn't fix it. Decided to see if they were still produced.
They were!! Now my granddaughter - and even her parents -are fascinated by it.
Great memory to share and use as a bank.
