I bought this for our 2-1/2 year old granddaughter who loves "all things princess". She learned right away to push the button a second time to turn off the magic wand. It would be nice if it turned off automatically, but it's not a problem. I would recommend this toy for any girl who loves to pretend to be a princess.

I got this for my little girl and she loves it! She is a little under the age recommendations so she gets to play with it supervised but that isn't a problem. Shipping was faster than expected so I'm very happy with my purchase!

My girls loved it but I had to throw it away after the first week. It would only work after I jiggled it around for a while, and this was with brand new batteries in it. I even tried another set of batteries and it was still defective.
