This arrived broken- the arm fell off as my son opened it out of his stocking on Christmas. He was sad and commented Santa's elf's where probably just tired when they made this calculator. I am hoping the replacement I am waiting for is of better quality.

I ordered the Robot Calculator for my son's 5th birthday, but never received it. Nevertheless, ToyWiz charged me a shipping and handling fee which it refused to refund. I have dealt with many internet/mail order companies in the past and have, of course, encountered my fair share of problems. However, any problems were always promptly and courteously handled and the companies always worked hard to settle the matter to our mutual satisfaction. ToyWiz just didn't seem to care. I have never before encountered a company with such poor customer service as ToyWiz and am disgusted with the level of treatment I received. I would never consider doing business with this company again.

I bought this several weeks ago and I liked it soo much I just purchased another. This thing does pretty much everything...it can grasp various objects with its little pincer hands, there's a note holder on the back of its 'head', there's a big magnet on its back for holding paper clips or other metallic objects, its arms are adjustable (good for playing)and it even comes with a flashlight for those late night study sessions and IT LOOKS LIKE A ROBOT! plus it can stand upright making it appear more animated and slightly humanoid and easier to talk to...I named mine Robbie.
