Plastic eyes Nov 21, 2011

I bought this toy thinking that it would be safe for a young child. It has plastic eyes which I find disappointing. It's also stiff for a stuffed animal & made of a fake fur-like material. I'm going to save it until my child is older to give it to her. Maybe I just didn't read the description right but from looking at the picture I thought this would be a soft cotton toy suitable for a little one. It says, "embroidered features" in the description. But it's eyes are plastic. I guess I should've known something was up when it had a warning that it isn't suitable for kids under 3 years old. Needless to say, I'm not overly impressed.

THIS IS SUCH A CUTE RABBIT-SAVANNAH WILL GET THE RABBIT AND THE BOOK BY MARGRET REY WITH THE STORY ABOUT SPOTTY THE RABBIT IN HER EASTER BASKET.SHE WILL LOVE IT.
