The Klingon D7 Battlecruiser is by far the most stalwart design and a symbol of Klingon military power in the second half of the 23rd century. The D7 is almost predatory in its appearance, with a spread-wing main hull, long neck and head-like command pod. The D7 has gained a level of fame equal to that of Starfleet's Constitution Class Ships. During the Klingon-Federation Cold War of 2250 to 2300, the D7 engaged in numerous skirmishes with Starfleet ships, though they never faced off in galactic combat. The dispatch of a Federation Constitution Class Ship was most always answered with the appearance of a Klingon D7 Battlecruiser. This enthusiast's kit will allow you to build the ship as it appeared in the original TV series. Decals are included. The D7 is in 1:1000th scale (in scale with kit PLL 4200).
