| We offer a full 30 day Money-Back Refund policy, (excluding shipping). - Damaged or Lost in Shipping: If when the Package arrives, it appears as if it was damaged in shipping, please refuse the package. If this was not possible please contact us immediately, so that we can make the necessary arrangement with the shipper to have the issue corrected.
- If your item does not arrive in a timely manner, for the shipping choose chosen, please contact us so that we can research your items whereabouts.
- Defective: In the unlikely event that your item arrives defective, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for a replacement and/or pickup of the defective item(s). Defective items will be exchanged for the exact same item only.
- Other Returns: If your order has not arrived yet, Please refuse the package upon delivery so you do not incur the additional shipping charge.
- No refunds on Costumes after October 25th.
